Bought mine in August 2017 and I use it for my 1979 Peavey T-40 Bass Guitar which is probably one of the heaviest basses ever made. This beautiful wide strap helps spread the weight of this heavy bass. Ideal to ease shoulder, neck and back discomfort when used for long gigs.

These are excellent straps for anyone that has a 8 lb. or heavier guitar and doesn’t want to end up like Randy Bachman and be forced to switch to something lighter, especially if you’re either tall or big enough that regular straps won’t position your axe the way you like it. It’s almost as wide as the straps Steven Stills favors (or used to) and has enough padded comfort to really ease the load. It also doesn’t hurt that these straps show off some superb workmanship. You’ll look classy with one of these supporting your guitar.

This will be my fourth W&W b4b-xl strap and they are the best. Comfortable is an understatement and it holds its/bass in the position you set it. The quality is insanely good (as is the price). Best gift to yourself or someone else …. zero chance of not loving it. Why do i sound like an ad? because i’m so tired of overpaying for low quality crap and these straps are the opposite (and W&W deserve nothing but praise).
