I play a Epiphone Sheraton II which can be a burden on my shoulder after an hour or so… I was in dire need of a padded guitar strap, and not to mention in need of upgrading from that nylon material cutting into my neck. I came across Walker & Williams, and was excited in their quality and selection(s). I ended up deciding on this Distressed Leather Strap and couldn’t be more satisfied.

    – Quality Leather, thick but also flexible. (Still have to break in mine.)

    – Although a little long… (I prefer to play with my guitar hugging my chest, I’m a beatles lover.) They provide two holes on the thinner end. I loved this, since I can loop them together (I use the higher one) and slap a strap lock on it, and it makes for a perfect cord holder and keeps it out of the way while playing. GENIUS. The length (too long) ended up being not a problem for me.

    – The padding on this is just spectacular! Absolutely comfortable, and my shoulder no longer dreads long sessions. I could see it getting a little hot and sweaty, it is a wide strap, but that does not bother me.

Overall, I would highly recommend Walker and Williams to any of my friends, or other musicians I come across. The quality is unbelievable, affordable, and the strap is absolutely comfortable. This company is highly under-rated and can compete in quality over those expensive Levy Leather. I will purchase again with peace of mind. My other thoughts are that I would like to see a “less wide” version of these, as it could be a bit bulky for some. Appreciate the craftsmanship folks!

Got a brown c-22 strap. Awesome. Unbelievable quality. Great padding. Its completely adjustable. It makes my custom shop telecaster seem like it weighs nothing. playing long sets effortlessly on my shoulder. My other strap would “DIG ” in my shoulder. Not with this strap. Put a set of strap locks on & didn’t wanna take any chances. The more you wear it, the better it feels. My friend liked mine so much that he ordered 1 in black. Better get one. You won’t be disappointed !!

  3. Just got this strap to help with the weight of my Les Paul…gotta say that I’m blown away…

I figured if it was padded and wide enough, it might be useful…never thought it would be this nice…I’ve been a lover of leather straps forever…still have a very nice strap from the 60’s along with seven other leather ones…all needed for my twelve guitars…

This strap has now moved to the top of the heap…just put some straplocks on it (would never play an LP style guitar without them) and have never looked back…

The quality is outstanding, the price is better than other straps costing more than twice as much…talk about a serious BARGIN…did I say BARGIN?…might even order another one in black…at this price you can’t have too many good straps…

About two years ago my wife bought me one of these straps for Christmas. When I got it I have to admit I wasn’t impressed. It felt light and that light feeling made it feel cheap. But I have to say this is the best strap I have ever owned! I play every week at my church at lest thee time not including practice. I play a Yamaha AC3R which if you have ever played one you know it’s a heavy guitar. I have used it ever time for two years and it still looks new. I don’t know what this dude does to his straps but they last. Yeah they feel light and that takes some getting used to but I promise this is not a waists of money. I will definitely be buying another one from here… if this one ever breaks lol.
