This thing is beautiful! Extremely well crafted, beautiful, top quality materials and workmanship, and at 3.5″ (and padded) wide enough to comfortably distribute the weight of any guitar. If you have a guitar you are proud of, why use a cheap strap? I purchased the dark brown super premium, but Walker & Williams have a number of straps that they offer, pick one that accents your guitar!
Word of caution, because this strap is so thick you may want to invest in a quick-release straplock system like Dunlop or Schaller, as wrestling this on and off the strap buttons (pins) can be an effort.

I have been searching for a new strap for some time based on an older one that a friend of mine had. This is the only thing close to his that I could find. The leather is very supple right out of the package and the strap does well to support heavy guitars and basses. I play a maple/maple jazz bass and this strap made the biggest difference over my previous 3″ padded leather strap. Fit and finish are excellent as well and construction seems to be very solid. I can only imagine this strap getting better and better as it breaks in.

I got a new PRS guitar and was tempted to buy an expensive PRS embossed strap until I saw this. This strap looks better, is better quality, is extremely comfortable and costs about half that of the PRS. The stitching is a light tan color and the leather is top grade. The padding is excellent and I can wear this all day long. I love this strap.
