This is my second W&W strap, and I’m very happy with both it and my previous one. I am most happy about W&W’s customer service, however. There was a problem with the backing of the older strap, which I’ve had for nearly 5 years. When I emailed the company, they immediately responded, telling me they had a problem with a batch of backing material, asked for my shipping address, and immediately sent me a new strap! No fight, no “it’s out of warranty,” no hassle. Service like this is rare in these days of waiting on hold, hearing “we appreciate your business” repeated ad infinitum.
