The strap looks and feels great on my acoustic guitar. Looks like the vintage straps that are coveted today. The only thing that I would change is the plastic adjustment piece. I would pay extra for a metal one. However this plastic one will not scratch the guitar. I was really impressed by the customer service of Walker and Williams. I had problem that was my fault that was resolved over the weekend. They quickly canceled the first order and I reordered Monday. First rate service. Thanks a lot guys!
